End-to-end table-QR ordering system for coffee shops: customer site, admin panel and a standalone API.

About the project

A fullstack monorepo for coffee shops: guests scan a table QR, browse the menu, place an order and track its status live, while owners manage the menu and prices and advance the incoming order queue from a dedicated admin panel.

The challenge

Three separate apps (customer, admin, API) had to share one menu and one source of truth; contracts and data types needed to stay consistent across all of them, and no order from one shop could ever leak into another shop's panel.

The result

With a Turborepo architecture and shared Zod contracts we delivered a full menu/price CRUD admin, a staged order queue, batch table-QR generation, role-based auth and auto-generated OpenAPI (Swagger) docs for the API.

Delivery time

10 weeks

From the first workshop to delivery everything was modular and documented. A price change in the admin goes live on the customer site instantly, and our staff runs the panel with zero training.
